OVERVIEW

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In the case of returning the item because it disappoints expectations or is not liked, it must be returned in perfect condition, like new.
In this specific case, no item will be refunded if it is not in perfect condition.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@andreamarongiu.it. 

Send us photos and we will evaluate your exchange as soon as possible, giving you a confirmation via email.

The shipment of the products takes place in a maximum of 7 working days.
For shipments we use all the couriers available in Italy, evaluating the most convenient region by region.

The arrival times of the article are closely linked to the courier’s shipping times, generally it is about 3-4 working days for a national shipment and 7-10 days for a international shipment.
We are not responsible for any delays or problems with shipping times.

 

The andreamarongiu.it ensures that the goods are packed in a robust manner and delivered to the carrier in perfect condition.
It does not assume responsibility for any damage of any kind after the shipment has been entrusted to the courier.

However, in the event of damage caused during shipping, we will help you solve the problem by sending us a report to info@andreamarongiu.it

Do not accept any very damaged packages from the courier, or affix the “firma con riserva” in the event of visible anomalies upon delivery of the package.
